Cubell is one of the founding members of Bain Associates and brings  over 15 years of experience in Architectural design, production and management, his responsibilities included the overall management of the firm as well as providing support to the firm's design efforts. He is Skillful, talented and creative and his experience provides an exceptional background in the planning, design, detailing, documentation and coordination of a wide variety of projects and scopes while working with and managing multidisciplinary teams.Cubell also possess a great familiarity with all aspects of the practice of architecture; including client relations and management, staff supervision and management, marketing, presentations, code analysis, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, specifications and contract administration.

 

Cubell is the recipient of several prestigious awards, In addition, Cubell takes pride in dedicating his time to mentoring youths  to pursue their architectural and entrepreneurial dreams. He has participated in such organizations as the ACE in Atlanta Mentoring Program, and often speaks at Atlanta area schools.

 

 

 

Rupert Bain, BA Tuskegee University

Rupert is also a founding member of Bain Associates and Tuskegee University Alumnus.  While at Tuskegee University he studied under the guidance of Dr. Peter Sylvester, Ph. D. and completed his undergraduate thesis on the reconstruction of the Alder's Bandstand.

Rupert has spent the past 10 years of his professional career honing his architectural skills in various aspects of commercial and residential architecture on a national and international level. His primary role will be as Lead Project Manager for our Bahamas operations.
